Hi sir,
One of my client has been Upgraded SAP directly from "SAP 2007 to SAP 8.82 PL 08"
while the same add on is running in our PC as Our PC is Upgraded step by step patch level .
if the same add on is not running in the client it throws an error near the record set.
i) is the error because of direct up-gradation of "SAP 2007 to SAP 8.82 PL 08" ?
ii) they had used "single sign connection" for the application .
error at record set :
"Unable to cast COM object of type 'SAPbobsCOM.CompanyClass' to interface type 'SAPbobsCOM.ICompany'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{3BA8DAED-5B33-4CE4-A4B8-B4308D86E524}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))."
Thanks and Regards,
Prasad

Hi Prasad,
You can re-install the SBO Client and delete the SM_OBS_DLL on Temp Folder.

Hi Prasad,
I think this might be related to the DI API. Have you tried re-installing the DI API on that computer? Also go into the Temp folder find the SM_OBS_DLL folder and rename/delete it (with B1 closed). Then restart B1 and your addon.
Good luck.
Best regards,
Pedro Magueija
