Hello Experts,
I have performed the steps in order to register COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE report in the COMC_PR_TOOL_REG table.
I followed the steps bellow mentioned:
Use transaction SE16 (Data Browser) to add an entry to the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG, making the following entries:
Even the table is now maintained and the entry has been registered, when running the report through tx. se38 I´m still blocked with the same message.
Register to execute this report (Message no. COM_PRODUCT809)

We too stuck up with the same error ":Product / Individual Object ****** not found"
While Executing the report , please check for the following
1) Uncheck the Checkbox "Simulation- No Deletion"
2) In the Logical System , do not give the system id in which you are running the Report (i.e.) Don't give your CRM Server . Instead Give the System id of your ECC System .
As the materials are downloaded from ECC to CRM System , the logical system Id is your ECC System Id .

Check the client...it has to be in the same client you are executing report.

Thanks for your reply, now I was able to run the report.
The issue now comes with the product deletion. After running the report the product wasn't deleted from the system.
The system message was shown as follows:Product / Individual Object 500017 not found
After this I performed search in COMMPR01 for the product and I'm still watching it. Same happens in COMM_PRODUCT in se16.
Any idea of why the product wasn't deleted.

I am getting the same problem what you are facing in deleting the Hiearchies. I have done with the COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL . Then all the Hierarchy got deleted.
Now i am getting this following error, while Clicking on the Search option under the Search product page. Can you suggest what to do?

This error occurs when when the value for the logical system is pointing to the wrong one in tables such as COMM_PRODUCT and COMM_HEIRARCHY. Can you please confirm if these tables still contain the old entry?
If so, please try running transaction BDLS again to ensure they are updated correctly. Once those tables contain the correct entry.

Please cross check the date in the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG with the system date when you are executing the report.
