If you lose a connedtion between the adapter engine and IB how do you refresh the cache?

to refresh the cache of the adapter engine you can use the following url:
http://<yourserver>:<j2eehttpport>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full|delta. For details refer to SAP note 741214.
