When I look at a contract using Trns ME33K or ME32K I can see the 'Services for Object' button, however, when I drill through a report or another trns (ie. me23n) to the contract, the 'Services for Object' button is gone. Any ideas?

It could be some authorization issue . pls contact your basis person.
Enter T code SU53 on the transaction Screen while drilling report to ME33K & see if there is any missing authorisation Objects.
