SRM SC follow on document status not updated at item level

Hi experts,

We are using SRM 7.02 SP05 with classic scenario with ECC 6 EHP5. PO replication is done via synchronous SOA method. We observed few cases where SC status stuck in I1111 status but follow on document already created in backend ECC system. We tried programs BBP_GET_STATUS_2, CLEAN_REQREQ_UP but these programs do not work in PO replication via SOA. We ran program BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER and SC item status changed to error in process and checked error in RZ20 and it shows 'error in creating follow on document'. When we tried executing FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER or BBP_SC_RESUBMIT, it creates new PO in ECC instead of correcting SC item status with follow on documents and object links.

I tried checking few posts but did not help in my case as most of the solution works for PO replication in RFC mode and not in SOA mode. Kindly help as this is happening for few of the shopping carts.

Hi Kunal,

Actually what updates the shopping cart status is the XML confirmation message that comes from ECC - interface PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_In.

Check if this message is reaching SRM system after PO is created in ECC.
