I have made changes in OM through LSMW. Those changes are not getting reflected in PA 0001 infotype. I have already ran RHITNE30 but it did not help.
Please suggest its urgent.

Please run RHINTE00 and take Create all at the report selection take relationship and after executing it go to SM35 and run the batch.

It was my mistake. Changes did reflect in PA through RHINTE30 tool. Probably, I did not ran it properly the first time.
