LS,
Please assure you have maintained the 0100 Time Limit and that you have set sessions of offering on the module you want to create an event for.

Kasi,
I think the problem is here, As per our client requirement, we don't have standard duration, class period, and module booking, we want a flexible academic calendar, so i have created as shown below..
Let me know how to proceed further,....

Hi LS,
this is common across all implementations.. but MS01, MS02, MS03 in my opinion should be configured as various sessions with 0100, 0200 time limits within them instead of having them as different time limits.

Hi Kasi,
Am unable to get you, various sessions means,
Under 0100
MS01
MS02
MS03
has to be configured as sessions types? , if that is the case, what is the Academic years is of??

Hi LS,
Every academic Year has multiple academic sessions. Real time example would be to sessions like spring, winter, summer & fall in an academic year.
Every session has multiple time limits within which activities can happen..example could be standard time limit (0100) for the entire duration, class period time limit (0200) for class scheduling etc.,
Let me know if this infomration helps, if not please drop me an email to kasi.ravindran@sap.com, i would be happy to help you.
Best Regards,
