How schedule lines are reduced.

I want know how the schedule lines are reduced ( Vanished ) in MD04.

Hi Zonee,

--> As soon as you save the Sales Order , Order requirements would be transferred to MRP, that you can see in MD04 as order requirements.

--> Once you create the delivery for the order , the Sale Order requirements would be converted as Delivery requirements.

--> Once you do the Goods Issue, the delivery requirements would be vanished from list, since the requirements are fulfilled. This is SAP standard process.

Though my schedule lines are not visible in MD04 , but the dependent requirement that were present under that schedule lines are still visible in mD04.

Please Clarify...?

Hi

If you are talking about procurement schedule agreement, then in case of reduction of component dependent requirement reduction, check whether the components used in the schedule line are consumed or not.

If not you have to analyze and do the component consumption for the schedule line for the subcontracting type, before reduction of requirement check the stock availability also.
