Printing a custom crystal report shows printer preferences window

29 Views

Hi all,

I try to preview a custom crystal report by double click on a grid line. I trigger an LayoutKeyEvent using SboApplication.ActivateMenuItem("519"). The Eventhandler than sets the report type and the layoutkey.

On first execution, the print preferences window will be opened, and no crystal report will be displayed. Starting the execution a second time, it works. What happens here??

Here some details to my code ...

private void layoutKeyEventHandler(ref LayoutKeyInfo eventInfo,out bool bubbleEvent)

{

bubbleEvent = true;

_form.ReportType = DocType.WELCOMELETTER;

eventInfo.LayoutKey = "5678";

}

How can I make it work the first time without displaying the printer preferences???

Many thanks in advanced, Andreas
