Custom reports

Hi,

Is it posible to create own custom report ? I need the report which will show all documents not read by given user.

Hi,

Sorry, but I couldn't reply earlier. I've created own custom report searching all not read resources. I've not found standard report to do such search. This tutorial is very helpful to create own custom report.

Hi Jakub,

Regarding Report creation you could look into Content Management-> Reports where you can find different kinds of reports like Resource Statistics , User Statistics etc.. You can make use of these where you can define the scope of the report to the required folders in km and the parameter based on which u need the data,for example.. last modified date or something like that and can filter accordingly.

May be you could achieve it differently also, just suggesting you a method. Try with this and let us know if it helps.
