Flexible performance management

Dear Experts,

We are implementing flexible performance management on ECC6, EHP6.

I've created an appraisal template and corresponding documents in the ECC system and can access them via Employee Self Service- it's working fine. But when I go to Manager Self Service portal, and click on the link it is giving a blank page. I've read up numerous SCN Posts on similar issues but not able to get anywhere.

When trying to follow the note-  1600380, in the 'Appraisals document' page, I'm getting the error :

' While trying to invoke the methodjava.lang.object.toString() of an object returned from java.util.Map.get(java.lang.Object) '

Ensure, you have activate the correct iview. If possible post the ivew that you have activate

Ensure the proper authorizations are given to the manager

Ensure that you are viewing the document for the manager.

You can do a check, by logging into the backend using the manager's ID. Execute phap_change_pa. If you see the document in the backend, the issue is restriced to the front end (iview / workset, etc).
