Due Date Calculation for Incoming Emails

Dear Friends,

We have a scenario where we want to calculate the "Due Dates" in for the Incoming Emails in the Agent Inbox.

I know how it can be achieved via standard, but the concern here is the "Due Date" Calculation should happen based on the "Rating" of the Customer who is sending an email.

For Example:

Say a "Gold" Customer is sending and Email then the due date should be calculated as 5 days...So on.

Please let me know how can we achieve this functionality.
