Is there a full distribution of "ABAP for Eclipse"

Dear colleagues.

I would like very much to test the "Abap in Eclipse".

However the installing of the software is not so easy to say the least....

Is there a full distribution of "ABAP for Eclipse" somewhere so people can just unzip and start working ?
