EREC-Transferring HR requirement for requisition is not working

Hi Expert,

When I try to create Requisitions by selecting "Create by Position"
on recruiter tab page, after I enter the position code then click on requirement to get the position requirements we got an error and not able to complete requisition creation,

I'm looking to move all position qualifications to a requisition by using transfer button

I'm not able to get transfer button over there

I've maintained the following steps:
Move all qualification from ECC to ERec with relation with positions

In Table T77S0 we maintain

RECFA ACTPA X Activity Changes Process Assignment

In table V_T77RCF_OIUNIT we activate and select below values

203 Requirements S CL_HRRCF_OIX_REQUIREMENTS “selected”
301 Requirements C CL_HRRCF_OIX_REQUIREMENTS “selected”

the error mesage is below

Now I don't know how to get the qualification moved from position selected to requisition and how to ignore that error.

in ST22 got below error

We are using ERec standalone with EHP5
