Internal error calling API processDPCommandsEx

     Hello boe  experts,  i have an issue that is about an internal error that appears for several businessobjects 4.0  reports , the whole error message is:

Internal error calling API processDPCommandsEx (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)

Waht could i check to fix this issue?

Hi,

In BI 4.0 SP04 Patch4.3 this issue has been fixed.

Check this SAP KB article for resolution - 1760827 - An internal error occurred while calling ‘processDPCommandsEx’ API (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) appears when refreshing a WebIntelligence report based on a unx with optional prompt.

You need to have S-User ID and password to open the KB article.
