CRM and SAP ECC is it 2 way sync

Hello:

If i create customer master in CRM , it will update to SAP ECC .

Can I change customer master in SAP ECC and is it automatic update back to CRM?

Hi,

see the criteria

1. Import business partner /customer from ecc. if you make changes in ecc it will update in crm. if you make changes in crm it will update in ecc.

2. replicate business partner/customer from crm to ecc. if you make changes in ecc it will not updated in CRM. if you make changes in CRM it will update in ECC.

reason CRM is the leading system create and change will take place in CRM. delivery billing and accounts related issues are taken care in ECC.

what is import business partner - initial download from SAP ECC?

replicate business partner - is this the customer we create in CRM?

yes import it can be from Initial load, Request load and Delta load

yes first business partner create in CRM then replicate to ECC either initial load, request load and delta load
