Hi,
I'm trying to configure ERP Sales Order functions from the CRM WebClient UI (version 7.0)
The ERP backend system is ECC 5.0.
Issue Description:
In standard, we should have 2 default profiles for ERP Sales Orders: DEFAULT and SALESPRO. When we try to assign document type to ERP Profile a short dump occurs.
Steps for reconstruction:
1. CRM > Interaction Center WebClient > Business Transaction > ERP Sales Order > Define Profiles for ERP Sales Order
2. Select SALESPRO and double-click on Assign Document Types to ERP profiles in the left menu
3. Select New Entries and select SALESPRO for the ERP Sales Order Profile
4. Select a Document Type using the F4 search. Short dump occurs With the next information:
Category ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND
ABAP Program SAPLSDSD
Application Component BC-DWB-DIC-F4
Runtime Error Long Text:
What happened?
The function module "SLS_LORD_GET_VALUES_AUART" is called,
but cannot be found in the library.
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLSDSD" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Do you have any idea why this short dump occurs?
Thanks in advance
Maricarmen
Hi Experts!
Thanks for your answers
We have consulted with SAP Support Portal, below the response:
"this function module SLS_LORD_GET_VALUES_AUART is only available since
ERP 2005. For this functionality you need ERP 2005.
(ERP2005 means >SAPKH60001 SAP APPL 6.00).
Please refer also to note 13 and 1236015 (for additional info)
I am sorry, but I cannot give you a more positive answer"
Thanks in advance!

Hi Maricarmen,
Please make sure to use Dialog RFC connection for launching ERP sales order from CRM and your user id should exists in ECC system. Assign this RFC connection in the ERP profile configuration.
Hope this helps.

Hi Maricarman,
It seems to me that there is problem with RFC connection to ECC. Go the SM59 and test the RFC connection if it is working fine. Try again if the problem persist check if you have missed any configuration setting or RFC destination maintained the configuration is wrong. Get the correct RFC destination from SM59 transaction.
Let me know if it helps.
Thanks,
