File adapter problem , csv file not getting generated

Hi,

I have sent a IDOC to XI . In SXMB_MONI on xi server the message status is showing Processed successfully. But the flat file is not getting generated.

What could be the problem. In adapter monitoring the file adapter is showing in grey colour and is showing the message

No entries to display for http://sap.com/xi/XI/System:File on node Server

What could be problem

Kindly suggest.
