Hi All,

while Scheduling Agreement without any reference the price determination date set as category "5" "GR Date" by default. But we want to use the price date category 2 "Delivery date" but it is not updated in SA. Even if in vendor master record and purchase info Price date category is 2 "Delivery Date".

We are using and the type of document "LPA" dependence with time, is there any way to do with MIGO / MIRO find the price valid registered in SA?

Any help is welcome,

Thank you,

Sandro Avila

Dear Manoj,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Control date of pricing was already updated in PIR and vendor before the creation of SA.  Yet been determined "5" in SA.

The note 797399 already applied.

I am in SAP ECC 6.0 version.

Thanks,

Check in the following path, if you have the Time Dependent indicator set against Document Type LPA:

SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Scheduling Agreement > Document Type

If that indicator is set, then you cannot use Price Date Category as "2". By removing indicator you can change the Price Date Category. Since Scheduling Agreement uses Time Dependent conditions (strongly supported by SAP) the Price Date control is set as "5" which is the realistic value of the Material on GR date. So if you do not use Time Dependent conditions set in document type you can have any other Price Date control set in Scheduling Agreement.

Dear Manoj,

That's right, the field time-dependent conditions is marked.

Thanks for the help.

Was the Pricing Date control and category in the Vendor Master Record and PIR maintained prior to the SA creation or later?

Meanwhile, check the following Note:

Note 797399 - GR for scheduling agreement, incorrect valuation
