My requirement is as below :
If the Agent is leaving the Web UI screen open without any activity, the counter (<n>) in my screen should be reset to zero and auto submit to trigger. The time out should be considered based on the CRM timeout period. The current CRM timeout period value is set to 1200 seconds (20 minutes).
this is done in RZ11 T-code and i need to capture the value from there.
How do i capture the No activity on my screen. CaN any one pls let me know ...
Kindly help ASAP !!
