Document about Extractors

All,

We implemented BW 3.0B at our site. I am familiar on the BW part of it. I like to know, is there any place where can I find documentation about the extractors that are available in R/3 for BW purpose, so that I can determine what cubes we can build.

I am not much familiar with R/3 functionality .
