performing closing entries after pricing change from V to S pricing

Hi Gurus,

We have four raw materials which were handled with V-pricing. however, after  the start of the september, I changed their pricing to S pricing. now, when i try to perform single level pricing/closing entries, system gives error c+805 (perform closing entry in previous period). current period is 10 and previous is 9. I thought the possibility of "maybe i close these materials for period 8", even the materials have pricing control V at that period, I tried  must_settle and must_close however it gave the same error code.

This is the first time that i changed pricing from V to S and i could not forecast these consequences.

have any ideas?

Hi Mustafa,

RUN THE PROGRAM <MLHELP_SET_PP_STATUS_70>

TDOCE: SE38

This program have to be running 2 times.

1. Avaluation Area: “xxx” Period: 09  Year: 2012           (error materials)
2. Avaluation Area: “xxx”  Period: 10 Year: 2012          (error materials)

This program will set the material status do “70” Closing entry complete.

Than you can perform the single level pricing/closing entries in the current period.
