Rename title of work center page

Who can help me with renaming of Work center page title?

I know that I should to use SOTR_EDIT transaction, but I can't to determinate its alias.

you can find out the UI component by pressing F2 and go that component and redefine the get state description method  of the mainwindow and you can put your desired value in the parameter DESCRIPTION.
