Appraisal Template in PD, how to configure?

Dear Experts,

I need to implement PD in our existing HCM. I had defined Own Qualification Scales regarding this matter.

But how this 'qualification scale' will be used to measure an Employee? Where and how to give them scores from the defined scale?

How can I configure "Customized Template" according to my "Qualification Scales"?

Could you please let me know the process?

Thanks & Regards,

Razesh Dey

    Hi

Once you create a appraisal template using the above Tcode mentioned by Dinesh or

PHAP_PREPARE_PA , then you can use PHAP_CREATE_PA - Create appraisal.

The template must be in release mode then only you can view them for creating appraisal.

Note: once the template is release you can not again edit it.

refer this thread http://scn.sap.com/message/13568942 discussed few imp notes on appraisal template status

Re: Appraisal Status from "In Process" to "Approved"

    Hope this will help

    Hi Razesh,

I think you expecting entire PD configuration,

Use T-Code PHAP_Catalog, here you can create your own template ( copy the exciting tamplate and modify it)

Check one of SAP standard exciting template and have an idea and define your own template.

You have to focus on category grop, category , template and criteria. And define your own coloum.

    Thz,

    Dinesh
