Is there a way to flag a customer as bankruptcy when there is no AR activity?

just adding some idea - run XD02 and adjust the customer name adding the words "is a bankrupt"

If the party is bankrupt, obviously , the company would not like to do any further transaction . The same can be dealt with two ways, either block all the SD related activities with t.code 'XD05' or else activate the Deletion Flag for the customer code.

Futher to this if you want to create new blocking code, create the same in OVAS and assign the same to the Sales Order type by OVAL.

There is no specific field to identify this.  Hence, you need to assign some block in XD05; may be at Company Code level.
