qty confirmation issue

Dear All

I have deleted a line item in a sales order, but the qty is still showing as confirmed in CO06, due to which i am unable to confirm other sales orders.

Pls help

Run program SDRQCR21 in SA38 for the sales order/material and check again.

No implications on running the report. You can refer the link http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-26076 on getting some information on this report. In this report, just add the material numbers that contained in the deleted sales order and run.

You can run the report in test mode too [Data Transfer not selected] and check if it will actually select the relevant dicuments.

I think you should run report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 in SCM system, you can use try it in test mode available at selection screen after that in execution mode. You should run this report every week to remove inconsistencies in SD requirements.

in selection parameter, you can select specific product. For SD Requirements- use SD tables..
