Can Attachments in Client System can be accessed by other clients

Hi,

I want to know whether the attachments attached from a particular client can be accessed by other client systems or not.So if that particular client is shut down can the attachment be accessed by other users or not.

Hi SG Sekar........

It is advised to define a path for such shared folder whose access should be given to all the SAP user machines so that anyone can access that folder and hence any attachment into that folder.........

Hi,

Attachment folder should be assigned to a network drive that is always available to all B1 users.

Hi.

the attachments are placed into a folder specified. All files in this folder are visible to others users depending by policies of this folder.
