Hello, Is anyone out there who has successfully passed mySAP CRM Certification ? if so, please provide your tips and guidelines w.r.t the preparation. Appreciate your quick reponse. Thanks.

Hi Ravi,

The CRM certification exams are based on the knowledge learnt on the CRM academy courses provided by SAP. The best possible preparation is to attend these courses and have the training manuals to read.

Hi..

I appeared for my Internet Sales certification last week.

The questions were from the four books provided as training material by SAP.The questions would be tricky and at times confusing...Rephrasing the sentences given in books is also used for many questions...The Break up would be - 50% q's from your core-module, 25% from Base customizing and the rest from Overview and others.(I had Sales,IPC and Middleware)

Mostly question would be with more than 1 ans.

Hi Pallav,

I am preparing for Certification in Telesales.

So if we r thorough with the doc provided by SAP, We can manage. That's quite a help.

One more thing, In IPC and middleware topics they asked just based on the overview or little deep and do they link to telesales too???(Middleware is little fine but IPC....?)

And also if anything u think r to be considered before certification, Please provide us.

Hi Sarath

Dont worry 2 much on Middleware and IPC.Thr wud be5-6 direct questions which you can very well answer if you have read the books properly..For e:g

Find the correct option....

a)The Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC) is used for pricing calculation and requests (via the browser) about the catalog to the CRM system.

b)The Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC) is used for pricing calculation and product configuration.

....The only tip I would give is read the questions properly...You will have lots of time...so go slow and easy...

As said by Pallav,the best way out is to read the questions and the options meticulously..Lil tricky..First answer the ques which you are confident about and later touch the ones you ve left..You hv good 3 hrs..Be thorough with the training manuals..

If you are looking to do a SAP certification exam, the first thing you need to do is choose the key capability. After doing so, please go through the following link. This will tell you about the avaoilable certification exams and the courses and the sample questions. I am preparing for certification in CRM Sales. The best thing is to study from the SAP manuals for the courses mentioned in the link.
