Hi Joseph
Since your row returns at least one column or row with a value then you can't supress zero values from your query (you can remove only a complete row or column), the only treatment you can apply is to hide zeroes, take a look on query properties tab. (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/1e/99ea3bd7896f58e10000000a11402f/frameset.htm)
Thank you
Yiannis

Hi,
I think you are calling the queries in report designer which are developed in Bex query designer.
IF yes is your answer then you can supress zeros at that level itself.
KIndly refer the below sap help doc:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a4/dd3841d132d92be10000000a1550b0/content.htm
Hope that helps.

AL
