want to sale the Rejected HALB Material as a Scrap

We are manufacturing HALB Material through Production Order with proper BOM & Route. But later we found that the material produced was NG (Not Good). Now we can't Rework this material & finally we have to sale this material as a Scrap. so please guide us that how we can map the same in SAP.

Dear,

There are different ways to handle it SAP.

1) You can extend the sale view to this HALB material and do the sales process. You will have to add this condition type in the pricing procedure for scrap sales. In VK11 you have to maintain the condition records for this material also.

2) If you are doing sales on different material code then you create scrap order through CO01 use different order type  and in component add this HALB material. So that HALB material will get consume and you will have stock for scrap material. In this process you can capture the conversion cost for scraping. Also it is good tracking.

3) Convert material from HALB to Scrap code by MB1B with 309 movement but they should have same material code other wise use step 2.
