Change message category (Message no. F0301)

How to change category of message F0301 (For country XXX, payment reference YYY is not correct?)

Currently I have error but I want to change to warning.

In which transaction i can do it? I was looking in OBMSG and OMCQ and i cant find this message F0301.

Please help
