Information Broadcasting via E-mail

Hi,

I am using the Information Broadcasting feature through emial service. I am able to receive the mails with the query as an attachment. But I don't want the report as an attachment, rather I would like it to be embedded in my mail. Can you please help me in knowing how this can be achieved. I am using outlook as my mail agent.

Hi Prashant,

You have three options(Independent HTMl file , HTML with seperate MIME file,Online links to current data) in Output Format dripdown box with default Broadcaster web item. If you select Independent HTMl file option in dropdown box , it will come as embedded report instead of attachement.

Hi,

I was also of the same feeling, but that is not working. Even if I select that option, the files are comming as an attachment. Can there be anything else where we have to check.
