Shop floor papers - printing error

Hi,

I am getting error with printing shop floor papers

In PRTs, section usually the correct numbers printed, but after change the structure of the number

that is XX-568-1346 to new structure 265983211, it is printing with only 26, that is only printing 2 digits in the paper.
Please help.

Hi Rupesh,

I am able to print the work order, but the result is not as desired.

In the PRT  the required drawing numbers were printed.

since the drawing number structure was
changed, this does not happen anymore.

the second one marked with red is only 2 digits instead of 59xxxxxxxxx.

please guide on this.

Hi,

Pls provide error message no also check below setting.

OPK8->Spool parameters for users-> Immediately Print and in got to OPKP. Select the combination of plant & production sch. profile & click on the details. Under 'Automatic actions', in ''On release' tick mark the check box, 'Execute printing' & save.

Did you try unchecking the Spool parameters for users for that concerned list in OPK8?

I think that the print program (Report name) in Print programs(OPK8, above screen shot) is not properly written to pull up the smartform on all the events, such as when you do not print it immediately.

I think your using smart form.

Hi

Check the setting for column width or setting for XX-568-1346 to new structure 265983211, if it is a new form you are using.

Check with ABAP once, or check in SPAD for the form used and maintain same settings for both.
