I installed IPS 4.0 and DS 4.0. When i try to open Designer its not opening After entering user name and password then i selected Repository(Repository used by another user do you want to reset user =YES) after that its going into loop and few minutes later Designer not showing how can we track this issue.
Are you seeing the process running in task manager? Have you tried restarting the machine? Also do not try to reset the user, as it is not a recommended practice for multiple user logging to same designer window.
