SRM (classic scenario) PO is create in SRM (BUS2201)

Hi Gurus,

Im working in SRM 5.0 in classic scenario (PO is created in ECC from SC), but when we create a SC and approve it, the system creates PO in SRM, as local PO (BUS2201) . In BBP_PD we can see obj type BUS2201 and display PO document. This shouldnt be possible because when classic scenario is activate, in BBP_PD only is possible to see the link of PO obj type BUS2012.

I need that the system creates PO in ECC system

I check all customizing and I not found the error.

I could tell you as I can debbug this, to find the error?

Regards,

Dian

Hi,

you can't activate classic scenario. Only extended classic can be activated. So please check your customising settings again, in cross application basic settings->Activate Extended Classic Scenario

Also check if the badi BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI is implemented.

Robin

Dear Gurus!

I first want you thanks for your prompt response!!

I know that only extendeed clasic scenario can be activated.

I check :

- Customizing --> Activate classic secenario : Only is flagged the second point (Robin)

- BADI --> BBP_EXLOCALPO_BADI: isnt implemented (Robin)

- I need creates a PO in ECC system, and only see the number of PO in BBP_PD as BUS2012 (Vinay)

- Customizing-->Define objects in backend system: is ok (Laurent)

Dian

Hello Dian,

check also your customizing regarding Backend objects:

SAP Implementation Guide > Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)

Regards.

Laurent.

Hi,

I second Robin.

But even though you are in Extended Classic scenario, PO gets created in ECC, though it's in read only mode.

Can you check if SRM PO is present in ECC?
