Error when saving an SAP AO workbook on the BO-System BOD

When I execute a SAP Business Objects Analysis for Office (AO) report, the report is showing the correct result and the system works fine.

But as we are migrating the old reports from SAP BEx to SAP AO now, we must save them on the BOD-Server. Therefore we try to save it we are getting error Could not reach CMS <CMS> Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

Could you help to solve the issue howeve I had tired the steps changes to the Central Management Server>Properties, it was set to auto assignment of the port

So I had modified the settings for it and then restarted the central management server services.

For the changes to take effect, also I found out that the server intelligence agent was stopped.

I had started the agent services again but still we are experiencing the issuebo-error.jpg

Could you help to proceed further how to fix the issue.
