subject and reason in service request in SAP CRM

Hello Gurus ,

While creating a Service request in SAP CRM , We have categoreis and reason drop downs on the right side.

My Question is If I need to add additional category and a new entry in the reason drop down where I can do it

I have attached the screen shot .Highlighted the area which i need to configure in red.

Please assist.
