RPTIME00 not Generating the leave quota in 2006

Hi All,

I have been able to run RPTIME00, the log shows successful selection of PERNR & processing has been done.

But when i check the  Final processing 09/2012>>ACTIO TS10                Update leave balance>>

    Output

        SALDO

it doesnot create the leaves applicable, 1.75 per month, 21 days per year, base entitlemet is been set on 21 days constant, Calendar Year.

Hi,

Check the time types which you are using in rule,

In schema, you have to put TIP and check the ZES and TES tables under log.

Hi Siva,

Thanks for the assistance , well i have copied TM04 to ZM04, where exctly i can locate TIP-

as i came across

ACTIO TE20                  Check for day with error

RTIP  TP09 GEN              Determine preliminary planned hours

PTIPA TP10 GEN              Reduce absences

RTIPA TP20 GEN              Absences with time compensation

2ndly i searched for ZES & TES but could not locate these.

Please guide a bit further.

Hi,

Are you talkig about the QT balance, right ??

If you create a custom time type and assign in base entitlment than u can see the below.

TS10 is your custom rule ,right ?

In schema ,

ACTIO   TS10

Print     ZES

Print     SALDO

Hi Siva,

Here i am tring to generate the Quota through RPTIME00, by evaluating the time, system accepts the employee but not generating the quotas so 2006 is not getting updated.

Monthly 1.75 & yearly 21 days quota,

the following vale is coming afetr running RPTIME00

0904     Util.time EE/next week             192,00

1100     Pair type = 1, CLTIM = 00          174,00

1500     Total for CLTIM = 00               174,00

0003     Skeleton time                      192,00

0540     Break       paid                    18,00

0500     Break                               18,00

0002     Planned time                       192,00

0050     Productive hours                   174,00

0051     Cumul.productive hours             174,00

0097     Annual leave entitlement             0,00

0099     Remaining annual leave               0,00

0098     Annual leave taken                   0,00

Hi,

Have u configured in Base entitlement and Constant value is 21 days.

run the time eval , In log , Check here ABWONKTI ,QTACC , QTTRANS.under Quota..

Check the tables , V_T555J ,V_T555L These tables are configured are maintained accordingly.

If you want to see remain balance - Pl check the PT50

Hi Siva,

I have changed all the grouping to 01, now can you please tell me one thing that is it complusory to maintain all the Time Management groupings at "01" to run time evaluation-RPTIME00.

Cause i had allready creatd all the leave types with grouping "40" & "41", all were working fine  means i was able to generate the leave types through RPTQTA-00. But when i tried with RPTIM00 nothing, worked.

Can you put some light on this.

Try this,

yes, it is a mandatory .

Permit Generation of Quotas in Time Evaluation-- Click on Increase button.

Maintain the table V_001P_H - recording groupings.

TMSTA = 7 / 9 in IT7

Yes....now its working...thanks, i am wondering how suddenly it worked may be due to the change in grouping.

1/But is it mendatory to maintain 01 for RPTQTA00, i dont think so i mean RPTQTA00 has the flexibility of maintainging the grouping other than 01, please correct me if i am wrong.

2/Secondly my quota accrual is 1.75 monthly so i have place the Base entitlement at Constant-1.75 & selected Accrual period, 2ndly in selection rule maintained Month in Accrual Period.

So can you please put some light on these.
