multiple value for batch characteristic MIC

Dear All,

My scenerio is

at the time of UD i want to update no.  of pallets rejected  in Batch. for that i created

1. Characteristic RP-rejected pallet in CT04. here i use multiple values radio tab and interval allowed radio button.

2. Assign this characteristic in batch class in CL02

3. assigned this batch class in my material

4. Create MIC  with referance to characteristic RP

5. assigned this MIC in inspection plan of material.

during result recording of inspection lot generated at GR, i am not able to enter multiple values for  above MIC . here i want to enter multiple entry as pallet no.- 5, 9 and 10 are rejected out of 1 to 10 pallet no's.

kindly guide , how to enter mulple entry for characteristic during during result recording & update all in batch at UD.

if i manually change batch in MSC2N , system allow me to enter multiple entry.

You can not do same as per std SAP.You do not have provision for multiple entries.You can enter range but not multiple values.

Even if number of results entered are multiple depending upon single result recording & sampling procedure  ,its only summerize/Avg result flows to batch.

Hi all,

My requirement here is 

Quality person want to communicate to Stores department & sales department that out of 10 pallets of a lot , pallet no 5, 9 & 10 are rejected so that they will not pick that perticular pallets for further processing.

Is there any way to communicate the same. can quality person use long text during UD for same. if yes how long text can be displayed , entered during UD, to stores or sales while issue the material.

for that only i plan to use Batch update while UD , as batch is visible  to other deparment while issuing material ,but system not allow multiple value from RR.

now if i use rejected pallet as class characteristic & assign in class assigned to material. if i do not use MIC for same with ref to class char. is there any exit available to update batch characteristic(which is not a MIC), while UD, so that i can update batch char. "Rejected pallet no's." to batch.

Please guide,
