Streamworks on iPhone empty

Hi, when I login to streamworks on the PC, I see all my activities and actions. When I log in with the same details on the iPhone application, I have no data. Every section is completely blank - activities, inbox, action items and even my profile. I have downloaded the latest verison, logged out and back in again several times, deleted the cache .... but I can't get it to work. Thanks.

Very sorry for missing this thread, and thanks to Bernard for the heads up.

If your app is working, but everything is empty, it's only a problem of conflicting database schema.

In order to solve this, could you please try to:

  1. delete the streamwork app from your iPhone
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Install the StreamWork V3 app that is in the SAP mobile app gallery

Let me know if this solve your issue. Or if you have any question on any of those steps.

I am having the same issue.  The problem only occurs on my iOS6 iphone, but not on my iOS 5.1.1 phone.  The app loads, but there is no content.  When I create an activity nothing appears on the phone, but it is present when I log on to the Web console.

I am not able to locate a v3 of the app in iTunes.  Can you provide more detail on the mobile app gallery?  I've downloaded an SAP Mobile Apps, app, and StreamWork is not listed in there.

Ryan,

The StreamWork V3 mobile app has never been released to the iTunes, but only internally.

That's why you can not find it in iTunes.

Any dates on releasing version 3.0 for general public and/or partners? It would be really nice to get this going on our mobile devices... Help please!

Hi Ingrid,

The links doesn't work and the v3 is still not available at iTunes.

Please advise how to download a functional version of Streamwork for iPhone.

No, this is not resolved - as was mentioned by both Mr Lachapelle and myself, we have tried all the 'necessary settings' mentioned in the pdf file. Nothing has worked.

I have no idea how you can send out your stock answer twice in the same support query and then mark one of these as a correct answer - surely, only the person who has the problem can confirm that the problem is resolved. The fact is that the problem is NOT resolved - the answer you gave was NOT correct and we both still have the problem. Please could someone READ the questions we sent and then reply to those personally. Thanks.
