We are using GRC 10.1 and will be implementing HR Trigger. During our testing of the functionality for position change/transfer, we noticed that the valid from date of the roles inside the access request is incorrect. It is not the date where in the request was created in the system. We noticed that the date that is being reflected in the request is the date that the roles was assigned to the position.
Hi Prasant,
Thanks for your response
In the scenario where in the roles is assigned to position last month and a personnel will be transferred to that position, the start date of the role will be last month and not the date of transfer. This can be an audit issue since it will show on the su01 once the role is provisioned that the role was assigned to the user last month.
Is there a way that the valid from date will be the date of transfer.

As the roles assigned to position, not to users. I guess it will show only date roles assigned to position.
