Temporarily insert employees option is not active in PTMW

Hello all!

In transaction PTMW, there are an option named "Temporarily insert employees" in the menu "Utilities", but some Users have this option inactived,

I have just one Profile and some users have the option active and others not. I made a Authorization trace and I did not find any Problem.

can somebody tell me how to active this option in PTMW?

Hi Jonathan,

Have you ever try to manage Field Selection Attributes step under of Time Manager's Workplace and Employee List ?

Also please be sure about below point; if some of your employee see that button and others can not see.

Please go to SU01 be sure about Parameter ID (For Example, PT_TMW_PROFILE could be missing and UGR parameter ).
