Hi,

We are getting errors while creating index throught BIA in BI Production.

I repeat the process in Process chain and it runs fine. I checked the RFC connection but it seems to be working fine.

Please suggest if any more actions needs to be taken.

We too had the same issue in the past. Generally in this case Re org steps, Roll up steps, Index creation/ deletion will be in fail state.

and we informed to Basis about TREX issue.

Basis team solved the issue.
