summary field in crystal reports 11

i have a requirement to - calculate the sum of all the percentage of all the groups (calculated as a formula ) in Crystal 11

Percentages are not meant to be summed.

Could you attach a data sample please?

Hi Priyanka,

Expend Field explorer and select the percentage, select sum as summary now in Evaluate select the group which you want to sum, in Reset select Never.

This will sum up all the values, this running total can be printed at the end of your report.

You will need to use a Global Number Var which is evaluated on each group and incremented by the %age value in that group.
