LSO Correspondence- course administrator as sender instead of Organiser

Hi

The course administrator is already assigned to the course type using the relationship A090. While scheduling a course, I had maintained the course organiser field (under the title training provider). The correspondence is picking the course organiser as the sender and is looking for e mail id. If I don’t maintain the organiser then it picks up the course admin as sender. I want system to always pick-up the course admin as sender instead of organiser. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Hello Sam,

the BAdI LSO_CORRESPONDENCE44 (Correction Sender) provides method GET_SENDER to retrieve the sender of the correspondence. You would need to retrieve e.g. the relationship 090 (is responsibility of) instead of 036 (is organized by). May be you need to use method GET_SENDER_EMAIL in addition.
