PI 7.31 Component Based Alerting

Hi,

I am trying to implement component based alerting as per Michael Krawczyk's blog http://scn.sap.com/community/pi-and-soa-middleware/blog/2012/03/25/michals-pi-tips-component-based-m.... I have doublechecked all of the steps and the config looks correct. The Alert Consumer Job is running but no alerts are raised. Can anybody offer any tips on how you can troubleshoot this.

I discovered that the reason that the alerts were not being triggered is that although they were activated within the Integration Builder to trigger for message status's, such as mapping errors etc, when the alert was viewed in NWA all of these options were deselected. I reselected these options within NWA and once this was saved the alert was then triggered.

check if the alerts are being geenrater using the API (from WSnavigator) as per my second blog on the same subject
