To default the printing of invoice to different printer

Hi,

The invoice can now be printed by warehouse as well as sales department.

Both printing are done at different location with different printer ID.

How can I configured the printing to go to the respective User.

For example, if the invoice is created by Warehouse user, printer default as WH1

if printed by Sales, printer defaulted as SD1.

Hi Tim,

          you can make the Following setting in the User Maintanence SU01-- Under Defaults Tab --Output Device.This allows the user to only print in the Default Printer.

Hi,

I am aware of these setting. However, I want it to be printed to delicate printer meant for invoice printing.

If User use default printer setting , they will have to switch printer according to the output type.

For your info, DO and Invoice are printed over different printer.
