BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE valuation type not updated in the table LIPS

Dear Experts,

I have created one Inbound delivery in Vl01N.

When i try to change the inbound delivery with the help of function module

BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE

In this function module i m passing the valuation type in ITEM_DATA-VAL_TYPE.

THIS IS THE VALUATION TYPE FIELD. I M PASSING THIS INFO BUT ITS NOT GETTING UPDATED IN THE TABLE LIPS.

I don't think you can create inbound delivery using VL01N. The correct t.code is VL31N.

First, don't use capital letters to form sentences as this is hard to read.

You are passing VAL_TYPE and you find it is not getting updated in LIPS. Which field are you checking in LIPS. Did check the field BWTAR? This contains the valuation type.
