Finding tickets in SAP Service desk

Hello

We are using Solman 7.1 SP3.

How can i list all tickets on which a person has worked anytime during the lifecycle of the ticket?I mean he/she may not be the current processor of the ticket but worked on it some time in between.

Hello Saritha,

Please run crm_ui tcode and showup the Business partners assigment block. No of message processor is determined by the partner function determination (please find this in SPRO tcode).

You can try to use from the left menu search for incidents and put BP Id to the appropriate field.

Use transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR and fill business partner field.

Hi Saritha,

Please check Incident Management Workcenter. In this you can define/create new queries with required BP details and activate the query. Along with this, you can select any other selection criteria as well.

The report output will display all the tickets where this BP was involved.
