Publish Crystal Reports Documents in Mobile BI Server

Hi Community,

Let me give you the background of my question. I have a Crystal Report Document -Crystal Reports 2011- based on a JDBC connection and I've tried to publish on my Mobile BI Server but when I access from my iPad I can´t see the new document. I don't know If I'm doing something wrong or there is any kind of restriction for example I can't publish a Crystal based on a JDBC connection in my mobile server and only Crystal docs based on a universe connection can be published in the Mobile BI Server.

If you know the answer it would be fantastic! In fact if you know where I can see some guides about the publication process of a Crystal doc in the Mobile Server even better!

Hi there,

The version of CR doesn't matter, and neither does the type of data connection.

You need to create a top-level category called "Mobile" and add the report to that category.
